Waterford Airport approached Totem with a challenging brief – to promote the brand as the key airport in the South East Region of Ireland.
We’ve worked with Waterford Airport for several years, developing their brand identity and rolling it out through brochures, adverts, billboards and most recently their website. We’ve been intimately involved with its brand strategy over this period, and a vital element of this has been to portray Waterford as an easily accessible, convenient and modern airport. This has been achieved on several levels, including an accessible, memorable and engaging design, and an engaging website.
Waterford Airport asked TOTEM to develop a responsive website that would offer a perfect solution for users in an airport context and that would match best-in-class websites for small regional airports.
Clearly understanding the brief, with clever design and regular inter-action with ourselves, TOTEM streamlined the core information and functionality of the site to provide clear calls to action as well as facilitating the easy retrieval of other airport-related information.
TOTEM’s brand awareness and design of our website has certainly helped us to regain the confidence of our customers, and has significantly improved the image of Waterford Airport in the last year.
